That jump was to be expected, I have only returned to eating normally yesterday. But on the bright side, I did three unassisted pull-ups yesterday :D I don't have a problem with most bodyweight exercises but pullups are hard....^^
Great meal during the cold season for people on a budget: tomato, kidney bean lentil stew (you can add in anything you like here: potatoes, carrots, zucchini etc.) with fresh herbs and some rice (add a small slice of cheese in between the rice and the stew for some delicions melted cheese flavor)
