Interesting weight loss that I am a bit skeptical about. All these daily weigh-ins raise too much anxietyone day up one day down. I guess I am a sucker for that I always want to know how I went day before. Yesterday for me the only difference was that I had pure Green Tea that I have not had in ages and I drank as much water as physically possible. I will see where I stand by Monday. I am planning to lose at least 1.5kg over the weekend. I have 2 classes planned for tomorrow, mowing and a class on Sunday.
