I weigh on Fridays and didn't do it the day after Thanksgiving so this is for 2 weeks. Same. I'm still doing my resistance training and my clothes fit well. BUT. The number. The dang number. I'm hung up on the NUMBER. My challenge has started and I am going to make sure to log EVERYTHING. Even the dreaded weekends. The holiday goodies have started. I love them so much but I love being able to fit into my clothes without "sucking" it in...I've gotten rid of all my bigger clothes and it's much too cold to go around naked, lol.

Smart getting rid of the too-big clothes. I have yet to do that. Waiting to get rid of this baby bump. As soon as she gets here, I am getting a wrap and bye-bye size 26!

USE THAT. Make the clothes a part of your motivation. The number is a measurement of weight. That's it. There is SO much more that goes into that. If you lifted heavy in the gym, that number would go up too! Try to keep your main meals where you want to be and you got it.
