I do eat less, but chose the junk foods at night! uhhh! I know, that I have to get off the Christmas cookies. Too many parties! This is one of the reasons why t I dislike the holidays! It means food-foods and more foods! :)) I know, it's my fault! I am going to my moms-where the frig is empty. I will only stock it with Protein type of foods! Many prayers will help me! Thanks!
