The timing of this challenge was unfortunate. My mother in law died last week while visiting from England. We are neck deep in legal paperwork and stress, so it's throwing my diet out of whack. I'm still walking the dog and trying to take some daily 'Zen' time, and I'm sure I'll come out of this season of mourning a couple of pounds heavier, but nothing I can't handle. - M.
