almost to my goal of 122 body fat 24% hadhoped that 122lbs would get me to body fat at 22%. .that doesnt seem to be happening. but anyway 100+ weight loss during 2016 is good. feel good , a bit wrinkley hope my skin shrinks a bit over time. the high fat.low carb diet worked for me. now have added carbs in the form of vegies still no bread,or cereal or potatoes, corn or peas. do eat 12 to 16oz. of green beans or brochali or cauliflower. love strawberries too .rarely nuts or grapes well i hope everyone is healthy and happy. have agreat year
