Good morning everyone. I haven't recorded anything in I believe 52 days. The move went fairly well as far as moves go. I realized that even though I had downsized quite a bit that I still had quite a bit to do! Hence, no journaling..... or tracking of foods. The good news is that I am done under 260 now and heading to that 240 mark. All total I have lost right at 50 pounds since last February and kept it off...of course I started tracking with this site afterwards. I pray that everyone had a great Christmas and are having a great New Year also! Mine is moving along fairly fast. My Primary doctor and cardiologist were thrilled last week with my lab results. My triglycerides were an astonishing 83 and my A1c is 6.1! Hopefully, if all goes well with the continued weight loss I can come off the diabetic medication at my next visit in 3 months. You me!!! Today is supposed to be in the 50's so yours truly will be working on the porch getting the rocking chairs and all pulled out and cleaned up. I know that we're still in winter but I miss having my morning coffee on the porch. I pray that all of you have a wonderful, blessed day, I know that I will.
