Wow! I did not expect this when I got on the scale. Such a sense of surprise, accomplishment, justification. I hope to/plan to keep this up. Such a good feeling! It seems like it has taken a long time to get the scale moving more than 2/10ths. The cut in calories has definitely helped and I haven't felt starved. Now I need to stick with the workouts and sweat equity. I read on FS once that sweat was magic; bathe in it daily and watch the weight disappear! Once again, yay, me!
