I might be done with PT, but I won't know until tomorrow when I have my 3 month check with the ortho. Keeping my fingers crossed because if I am, and they clear me for regular activities, it's on! I'm tired of being limited and not knowing how much to eat anymore or how much activity is too much, or oh man my knee is swelling again?, 😭or oops did I just tear something else because that hurt really bad! I've learned so many lessons in all this that it would take a book to relay them all, but I'll be so very glad to get back to "normal".
