Well, one week in Hawaii saw a net gain of 5.1 lbs. Plenty considering I did drink shakes, ate lots of vegetables, and as much as possible, stayed away from bad carbs like rice. Getting back into the routine this week. Aloha! A few Facebook Photos.

So easy to do over there..... Something about Hawaii and all the Ono flavors Eating and talking stories just go together.....
