Yippee! I have lost 4lbs in my first week on my diet. I know traditionally you are supposed to lose loads in the first week and none in the second week, but immediately before this I was on the damn Dukan diet for 10days and had lost 3lbs already before I switched to this diet, so I didn't know what to expect this week. I needed this and feel even more motivated now. I'm now expecting a significant slowing down in the weight loss, so won't be surprised or disappointed if I only lose a pound or two next week. :)
