This last week, in this challenge went well, with a few minor mistakes, but overall it was a success, seeing as I still lost some weight. My total net carbs for the week was 108.12g, with a daily average of 15.44g; and I'm down another 3 lbs. Not quite the big drop that I experienced, last week, but I know where I messed up, and won't be making the same mistakes again. However, since these 4 weeks, on this challenge gave me a net loss of 25 lbs, I'm calling that a win! The battle doesn't end here since I intend to win the war, but I'm certainly off to a great start. Thanks for all the great support.

Good Job. I kept my carbs down low all week too. My biggest problem is getting in my protein so I don't lose muscle mass. May have to resort to a protein shake mid afternoon.
