@jan870, I have good days and bad days but betteri guess if I could get more exercise I would be a lot better so I'm working on that. I'm trying a little something different with my woe I'm still following a plan but when meal time comes if I'm not hungry I'm not eating even though your not suppose to skip meals or snacks. When I do get hungry I eat something balanced from my daily plan not junk food. It just doesn't make since to me to eat just because the clock says so.
