I have decided to embrace my weight, my age, my waist size etc. This is not a battle for me it's an opportunity to keep eating good nutritious food, exercising to my abilities without making myself sore and being happy with who I am.
Continuous monitoring is still important, however, just because I'm gaining weight no matter what I do is not going to upset me or make me want to starve myself or make me have delusional body images or negative thoughts.

So long as your doctor has pronounced you healthy on the inside, any dress size changes now are purely for your enjoyment/vanity. If you are giving up dieting because you are discouraged at the last 10 pounds, then this is resignation - not you in a happy place.
