Still sub 180 Did 16:8 yesterday.. think this will be easy to do on the days I'm not working, then maybe a couple of OMAD on the days when I'm working to shake things up a bit!!
It's definitely helping my IR as I can tall my waist and wobbly belly have got smaller and I've had to change my bra hooks 😁
Back and hip are less painful today, so I've cleaned the bathroom and gonna start on the oven.. full roast beef dinner for the family and friends today..I'll just avoid the Yorkshires, roast potatoes and apple pie and custard
