Another week completed on the path toward health. I did experience a lot of stress eating urges over the past week, but managed them with carrots. Down more than a pound, so that is good. I am struggling with gym time due to my increased work load. That should mellow out soon and return to normal over the next few weeks.

I spent one evening this week with a bunch of ladies from work prepping multiple meals for grilling this summer. We made several with chicken and it will be nice to just defrost the meal, throw it on the grill, and enjoy on those warm summer nights. I thought I was a veteran of food prep because of my weekly lunch prep, but doing 7 full meals (likely 1 dinner with three leftover lunches for me) is a lot of work for one evening!

Sadly, I have to work again today. I am in the middle of a 19 days in a row stint. I better get to it.

The food prep is always the hardest part, isn't it? But once it's done it's easy sailing... good for you.
