Don't panic, your body will be resting, taking stock and then you'll lose some. Try mixing up things like when you eat your main meal and stuff like that.

Well, I did not eat bagels and the birthday cake in the office for what it is worth :) I am proud of myself not to eat my disappointment. Thanks guys, I will stay on track!
