WEIGH IN: Down 5.2 lbs. I always do good the first week. It's been pretty easy this week, even with the party last Sunday. I really want to do this. I don't have to be skinny...just healthy...healthier. I did two loads of towels and made my hubby no bake cookies. (Since my weigh in was today, I'm going to eat two small cookies. I made a few very small ones just for me.) ;) I was in so much pain after the stairs, making cookies and cooking supper...this is why I'm doing this. I can't stand the pain anymore.
