So I did not too bad over Christmas!! I only gained 1lb. I think that is pretty good considering all the bad stuff I ate and the large portions over the last 3 weeks. I've gotten a little bit back on track since then though and hopefully I will have lost something by wed.

I would consider a 1 lb. gain pretty darn good over the holidays! GOOD JOB! Keep that focus and you'll see that chart drop! Good luck to ya!
