Good morning everyone. I've gained 10 pounds this past month... I really expected more than that. Life in general has been up and down, stressing about situations I have no control over, not exercising like I usually do and of course snacking like I was losing my mind! Today's main focus is to be mindful of everything I do. Immediately inputting what I'm eating on here, especially snacks, walking and taking small breaks as I work around the house and yard. Hopefully, I can jump-start my weight loss to lose what I started out to lose in the beginning! Hope everyone has a great day!
