Down 3 lbs. I've really been watching and writing everything down. Summer is so easy for me. I hate to cook in this heat and hubby doesn't want to eat hot things now either so it's a win/win for me. That will change in a few months when it gets cooler. I'll want hot food then. Right now I'm living on cottage cheese and fruit...grapes, cantaloupe, tomatoes. I love salads so I fix one most days for lunch. I've been trying to eat my larger meal for lunch and a smaller meal for supper. I also eat two snacks a day - one mid-afternoon and one in the evening. I'm very lucky that my hubby is helping me so much. He knows I love ice cream so he found Weight Watchers sundaes that were on sale - peanut butter cup was the only flavor they had right then but I love that so it was fine. He looks for low sodium items for me and tells me to buy things that I think are too expensive (I'm really cheap...lol). And he doesn't push me to eat things I know I shouldn't eat. He wanted cold tuna macaroni salad so I made two batches...one for him with regular mayo and a smaller batch for me made with light mayo. I used to buy Kraft Fat Free Mayo (really good) but I can't seem to find it anymore. I think the only place that carries it now is Walmart and hubby said that they only had one jar when he was there earlier this month and it expired in two days. (He's a stickler for expiration dates.) I bought one mayo but it was so bad I ended up throwing it out! Gross! (You know it had to be awful if I threw the whole jar away!) So I tried another one....Hellman's light mayo....not bad. Much better than the first kind!

We're supposed to go out to dinner with friends this Sunday. I'm still trying to figure out where to go. I hate picking out where to go but it's for my birthday so I get to choose. I'd like to go to the Chinese buffet but my friend is a little picky about other people being near the food. ;) Anyhow, I guess I'm trying to please everyone. I usually just go along with what everybody else wants because I can find something to eat wherever we go. I guess I'll figure it out.
