I took a month off didn't record anything and during this period guessed my weight. Getting back on to it today, Tuesday morning is my traditional weigh day so good day to re-begin. Began by weighing myself, me thinks scale is broken as weighed in with a 1.5 kg loss? Will record it but will keep cautious eye out on mischievous scale. Its cold grey and wet convincing me not to hibernate is hard and the pool awaits unconvincingly, sighs a very small yippee. Yes the rock face is very steep today...
