Saturday fast day is over. Stayed fasted until lunch Sunday. Got in a cord and a half of firewood yesterday. Low weight for the week with the new scale is 201. It shows a bit more weight than the old spring scale. The old, dead digital showed me lower, and my calories were in line, so I think my weight was at least stable. I'll just accept this new digital as accurate. It will be the scale I log from. I'm going to try two fast days per week. I find it simple. I'll try it.
