Down 3.8 lbs this week. I did much better...able to eat better this week. And it's been so hot that all I've wanted was cold foods, salads, cottage cheese, fruit....as I said, this will change once it gets cooler. I'll want hot comfort foods. I'll have to make good choices and not let my hubby influence what I eat. He likes sausage, mac and cheese...things I'd rather not eat. So I'll make those for him and have lighter versions like veggie burgers, which I like. I'm determined to keep it off this time. It's too hard to lose it now.
