Hi all - I started a new month with a new attitude. I just got back from 10 day vacation in Myrtle Beach, which was awesome. I didn't eat too well - pizza, ice cream. It's not good for my blood sugar but I am now back on the plan.
I decided to start intermittent fasting again - 3 days of 500 calories. It really worked as far as reducing my fasting blood sugar. That is the whole purpose of it - to reverse my Type II diabetes. I want to get off this insulin again.
