Starving hungry yesterday after carbs at the weekend. Narrowly avoided krackerwheat/crisps/Cristy bread 😊
Had to have extra tea with cream/snack on salami ( but I put my first pound in the jar)😁😁
Woke up dreaming of and drooling about chocolate digestives 😮😳

Tried a chicken curry in slow cooker.. thanks for the recipe book ffbb.. tasty but will use less cornflour next time as sauce was a bit gloopy

Booked Gp for next Tuesday.. now 2 months since I hurt my hip falling and it's still really restricting me.. would love to get on my exercise bike again🤔
