Hello everyone, it's Moon.

The scale didn't move hardly and that's okay. This past week I've been doing better with sleep and not putting things off to last minute. The downside is this effort to my sleeping in a normal rhythm has left me taking naps and making it seem worse. I have a lot more energy than this time last week though, and been using it on neglected household chores.

My goals for this coming week are:
vending machine food ≤ 1 time weekly,
restaurants meals = 0, and
drink a pint of broth daily ≥ 6 days

I did much better on water consumption last week than I planned. Several times I was about to buy a soda, then got water instead!
