I have not recorded my weight for months but what a nice weight drop it has been.
Unfortunately I have had to cut out the nuts and 85% Lindt dark chocolate because I was eating to much of it.
But its been worth it because I have dropped 1.9kg since I last weighed in, I look and feel pretty good now!
