I've plateau'd again, dammit. I'm going to try cutting back on fat and calories this time to see if I can break it. I can do it by not drinking bulletproof coffee for the rest of the week. Let's see what happens. I really want to get below 200 by 2018.

I hear you - gotta set those interim goals, too. Just looking at your Fat-to-Prot-to-Carb measures so far today, you would see a better drop if you could get those to be 65% fat, 25% protein and 10% (or less) carbohydrates. Let me know if we need to find more answers to break the plateau - I believe in you!
