This was not a good week food-wise. We ate out too much and I didn't seem to care what I ate. The scales show it. We went to a festival this past weekend, had a great time, but I had chicken tenders - one of my faves- but way too much. I need to get back to it. I did stick to it better the last few days or the scales would have been up 3 lbs. Ridiculous. I'm not stopping.
