Been in hospital for a few days and have been diagnosed with acute verticulitis, very painful 😖 bed rest and liquid and low fibre foods for a few days now until pain subsides. Never mind, onwards and upwards 😊

Ouch - hope you get feel better soon. Any 'itis' (inflammation) will put weight on you.
