Day #5 of no sweeteners for me. Still missing them. DH had a bit of sweetener in his iced tea last night, but not much. He also had to break out an Atkins bar today at work because he's been battling hunger too. I'm still committed to the original plan of staying away from any sweeteners for the remainder of this week; then we'll see.
Walked 3.1 miles this AM....doggies along for 1.8 miles. In a much better frame of mind today, probably due to adequate rest, less stress, and a return to a more typical schedule. Now if only that darned scale would change...
I expect to swim again this afternoon. This weather should hold for another day or 2 and then it will be back to some colder nights and less warmth during the day, so swimming may be put on hold then.
Felt quite hungry this morning after my walk...waited to see if it would go away, but didn't. Ate 2 extra sausage links and I think that did the trick for now.
