Gotta be honest. NOT exercising. Eating Terribly. My belly is disgustingly flabby and I am Feeling like crap. All very related. Last night I walked on the treadmill to for 55 minutes to make sure I got my 10,000 fitbit steps. I NEED to do this daily. NO EXCUSES. Meal prepped for work lunch today and tomorrow. Alcohol break starting this week. Shouldn't be a problem.
