Lost a little weight last week using 4 Day Wonder Diet. Using it again for intermittent fasting tactic. Four days on—three days regular. Should lose another 3 - 4 lbs this week. At this rate if I can remain focused, I will be near 200 the first week in December, and 180-185 by January. I’m impressed that during the 4days , I’m not needing insulin. No wonder because this is low carb eating. On the regular days I do have to use insulin, however, with glucose readings sometimes almost at 300. I’m pleased to see that I am 10 lbs lighter than my September weight. 😀
