Maintenance. Quite happy. Up and down but I did have a "sometimes" or should I say "naughty" food this week. Gelato. Smallest serve. And they had a chart so I chose the one with the least sugar and carbs, not the least fat. My body doesn't process sugar calories the same as fat calories. I learnt that on my journey. Knowledge is power. Do you know how your body processes different foods?

I'm still learning as well, but discovered quickly that my maintenance intake measured in calories is about double on keto as it is on standard western diet. I eat a LOT of fat!

We are all different. That's okay. You just need to understand your own bodies processes and embrace them with a lifestyle change to match. Its not easy but it does work. Keep on learning. 😀
