It's not working so well right now. I've been pretty good on my eating but I gained half a pound? I was at 222.8 once this week. Oh, well....I'm not concerned. I'm watching, writing, and keeping track. I always do better in the spring but I'll keep at it. Any loss is a good one so even if it doesn't come off as fast as I'd like (2 lbs a week) I'll still keep trying. I'm not giving up. 🏋
