I need to start keeping up with the journal because I suspect I'm not eating enough calories and that's why I've stalled out with the losing weight. I also need to take a day or two off from the gym. Too much!

Also, got to work on that after bedtime snacking! It's the time of day I consume most of my calories. Not good. Eat more earlier in the day, feel fuller at bedtime.

You may be right about your calorie intake - that may be what's stalling you. It sounds like you are doing well though. Bedtime snacking is rough for me too, that's when I want to eat the most. I have found that if I do something at night (I draw) it keeps my mind off of the food issue. Keep up the good work.
