End of Week 8 of Medifast. I am down to 309.4 pounds, and will soon be below 300 pounds altogether. I did my before and after photo comparisons from day 1 to day 54 and boy is it a HUGE difference. My stomach is smaller and so is my necks and sides. I feel better and I am totally motivated! My goal for next week is to reach 306 pounds!
