Another two pounds dropped. Surfed last night for almost two hours along with juicing, lots of fruit, & my Chicken-Kale soup over rice for dinner. Lots of little snacks too (Jerky, young coconut, homemade pickled carrots)I'm not starving in anyway. Just low fat & caloric foods & plenty of exercise. I expect I'll level off here soon. I was down to 201 lbs about 4 weeks ago before vacation. I want to be at 200 by July 1st.
