I keep wanting the number to move faster, but what's the point if it's just the number? I've been having a lot of NSVs lately, which really is the important part. My pants are noticeably looser, gf is informing me that I'm getting smaller (unprompted too), and my belly fat feel looser (if that makes sense). I've got a ways to go, but the going is good :-)

That does make sense! LOL I am now spending months trying to tone up that belly. LOL 😆 It’s slow going! 🙋🏻
