Hmmm . . . until this moment I thought I had lost a 1.5 - now I see it was only .5lbs. Well, it's still progress and last week was a bad week. Several times I had fast food runs - not good!
I'm going to try and get back on track this week but I am out of town working on a client's project and that means eating out. I have GOT to make good choices! I am bringing my USANA shake mixes in baggies to have for breakfast and dinner (or lunch).
It's now May and I should be in my 150s - I am behind! The USANA Summer Slimdown contest that I am a part of ends May 29th. I started at 181 - I have at least got to get down to 161 to make it 20lbs but I was hoping when I started to lose more like 30lbs.
However, I have no one to blame but myself. I have not been working out and have been getting laxed on following the program!
