Taking it all one day at a time. So close to my goal weight right now that I can actually see it happening in the next week or so. That is exciting and scary at the same time.
I think I will adjust my goal weight but I'm not even sure what to adjust it to at this point. I think I still have about 2 more weeks on the program. I might try to go longer if I am still losing at least half a pound a day. We'll see when I get closer to that point.
I will post tomorrow what my inches loss to date is.
