This is why I fast. I seriously eat like this on an eating day (sigh). I also go to bed at 9:00pm. Again, this seriously prevents the 11:00pm crazy 'carb binge'. It's like, I can't eat if I am ASLEEP! :)

Been there! :) My kids brought home the cheap double sided cookies that are chocolate on one side and vanilla on the other and it took all my will power to stay out of them last night.
