Haven't been logging on regularly, or working out regularly this week. I did workout on Monday, Wednesday, and again today. On Monday and Wednesday, I only worked out once both days; but today, I managed to push myself to do a double workout. I NEED to get back on track. I keep getting on the scale and feeling disappointed in myself. I don't want to be in the 130s again. I don't like how I look, and thus, I don't like how I feel. I need to get focused again. GOD-willing, I'll do better next week (I hope).
