I've never had matcha. What does it taste like and how do you prepare it?

It tastes like a very full bodied green tea. It comes in powder form and you add hot water while whisking it until it makes a frothy later at the top. I usually add a little honey and almond milk to make it latte style.

Matcha is my "moment of zen". I had a small bowl that I used, but was always looking for an ideal matcha bowl that was a) beautiful and 2) affordable (many are overpriced, IMO). I finally found it! I use it as a tea ceremony, as was done by the Japanese. Tried matcha latte, but prefer it straight... 🍵

Pixie- I’ve been looking for one, too. I’ve just been using a small round coffee mug since I started drinking it a few months back. i love the ritual of it all, though. Zen, exactly.
