Got a cold. :( I know that is why I lost the pound because nothing sits well with my tummy. I made the LAWL chicken soup for lunch and dinner. Hopefully I'll not regain that pound. Hope everyone has a good week. I will be on vacation the rest of the week. Bye!

I hope you feel better, I know I am not able to eat at all when I am sick. This humidity in Texas is crazy and so is the pollen count. Get well soon, get in lots of water. Have a great vacation, we are leaving to Sea World on the 19th....ready for my vacation.
