Had a nice mini vacation with the family. Six Flags was alot of fun during the week with very little waiting in line. We did sandwiches for lunch and packed fruit. Had a hard time with getting in my veggies. I know that is why I didn't lose any. I also forgot to pack my lites. I had left the bag hanging on the door knob at the house. Oh well. No weight loss is better than a gain. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

That is great that you didn't gain any. I hope that is me the week after next, we are going to Sea World, San Antonio. I did horrible this weekend and I am feeling it today. I had three strawberry margaritas and fajitas two days in a row, bad, bad, but that is ok. I enjoyed the weekend with my best friend and her husband. Glad you had a good mini vacation, this weather at 105 today, might kill some lbs I have to lose, we will see. Take Care and keep up the good work.
