On Sunday 10-7-2018 - I did another type of exercises. I hooked up my water hoses and washed down some floor mats. I do not like putting them in the washer machine afraid they will plug up the drain and cause me unnecessary repair costs. Then after that I rinsed my car which really needed it even though it is suppose to start raining here today, Tuesday, October 9th. Anyway, I got about 45 minutes of exercise i normally do not get. And I am still doing some weight lifting, going to up that to at least 3 times per week for 30 minutes to get rid of some inches.
