Quiet week, I didn't have much time to pack lunch or make breakfast or work out the last few days, but I am still trying to watch my calories. I just wish the weight would come off easier. I am stuck at the same weight for weeks, no matter that I am working out 4-5 times a week 1-2 hours at a time.
