Seem to have spent hours in kitchen this morning weighing, measuring, cooking, planning and preparing foods. Hope this gets easier. Not even sure if I have right levels of carb protein and fat ratio. I will def keep on because it's got to be healthier and am sure will get easier over time. Just seems a lot of hassle but nice to be ble to keep a record and I am sure this will give me encouragement once I start to see results
